Scott Tenley
Senior Vice President, Head of Legal Affairs
Scott is Tenley is Vice President, Head of Legal Affairs at MRC. Mr. Tenley provides legal oversight of all the studio’s operations, including film and television finance and distribution, M&A, and new media talent and distribution agreements. Prior to MRC, Mr. Tenley worked in the entertainment practice of Katten, Muchin, Rosenman LLP where he represented such clients as: DirecTV, Microsoft, Paramount Vantage, Sony Home Entertainment and Debmar/Mercury. Mr. Tenley graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and UCLA School of Law.
