Joe Hipps
Vice President, Television Production and Creative Affairs

As Vice President of Television Production & Creative Affairs, Joe Hipps has played an integral role in broadening MRC's reach across networks and expanding its breadth of content. He is currently developing Larry Charles executive produced iCon, a silicon valley sitcom based on writer Dan Lyon’s satire oPtion$ for EPIX, as well as projects with critically acclaimed filmmakers David Fincher and Pierre Morel. Since joining the company in 2008, Hipps has shepherded two series and overseen production for HBO animated series The Ricky Gervais Show and The Life & Times of Tim, which is currently entering its second season, as well as Shaq Vs, slated to begin production on its second season for ABC. Hipps also oversaw The Goode Family and Surviving Suburbia for ABC, as well as Krod Mandoon and the Flaming Sword of Fire for Comedy Central and The BBC 2.
Prior to joining MRC, Hipps ran Dawn Parouse's production company under the 20th Century Fox umbrella and also served as the Director of Development for Adelstein-Parouse Productions where he helped develop the Fox hit Prison Break.
